What is Legislative Theatre?
Legislative Theatre (LT) is a globally recognized tool for community engagement and policy innovation. It brings together community members and policymakers to co-create solutions for pressing societal issues. Using the power of performance, LT addresses challenges such as gender inequality and anti-gender backlash by crafting actionable strategies for change.
This Event’s Focus:
We’ll take the stage to address sexual harassment policies at universities. Are current anti-harassment policies enough to protect and support university members (students, staff, administrators)? Where do they fall short? What do we need in order to enforce already-existing policies? What solutions can we create to meet the diverse needs of people experiencing harassment and create safer spaces at university?
